COBISS.SI-ID: 10176278A range of optical fiber sensors manufactured with innovative micro-machining technology based on the use of special optical fibers doped with phosphorus pentoxide in combination with selective etching in Hydrofluoric acid was presented at the conference.
B.03 Paper at an international scientific conference
COBISS.SI-ID: 22024726In 2015 Denis Đonlagić accepted the role of a sectoral editor of the journal Applied Optics, namely in the field of optical sensors and optical fibers. Applied Optics is one of the major journals in the field of optics (published 36x per year) and published by the OSA (Optical Society of America). It is the leading scientific journal in the field of applied optics and photonics with more than 50 years of tradition.

COBISS.SI-ID: 35949061In the company Marovt d.o.o. in Slovenska Bistrica, in 2018 we set up a measuring line for measuring the refractive index of an emulsion on one CNC machine. The refractive index was measured with four different short-cavity microcells (shorter than 50 µm). We performed the measurements for more than 3 months, and the results showed a good correlation between the manual readings of the operators and our measuring setup.
