International Association of Aesthetics is the first and the largest world organizations for aesthetics, which associates aestheticians from all over the world. Tratnik is executive committee member, which each 3 years organizes the World Congress of Aesthetics, which is the largest congress of this kind in the world - in 2019 it is to take place in Belgrade, 2016 in Seul, 2013 in Krakow. The president of the Republic of Slovenia, Borut Pahor, distinguished Lavrič for his exceptional contribution to the Slovenian culture in the last few decades. The exhibition has been extended due to high public interest. In 2016 dr. Mikuž won Valvazor award for the exhibition, in 2017 Tomaž Lavrič won the highest national award, the Prešern fund award.

Dr. Polona Tratnik was also invited and presented her work in this context. Participation at this show presents an exceptional international achievement in this profession. Polona Tratnik is a biotechnological art pioneer, who produces and internationally shows interdisciplinary projects for more than 20 years at some of most recognizable shows, such as Ars Electronica fesitval. Television ARTE has produced a documentary film about her, journal Art Today published an extensive presentation article on her creative work, Leonardo (MIT Press) presented her work extensively, also on the cover of the journal.

COBISS.SI-ID: 21902600Dr. Jurij Toplak is internationally renowned expert in electoral issues and democratization. He regularly consults governments and international organizations, including OSCE, ODIHR, EU, Council of Europe, GRECO, UNDP, on electoral, political, constitutional or political finance issues or corruption. Dr. Toplak served on expert teams or election observation missions worldwide (United States, Canada, Uganda, France, Finland, Australia, Monaco, Latvia, Romania, Azerbaijan, Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovakia, Malta, Serbia, Montenegro, etc.). He was on several GRECO expert teams and appeared before the Greco General Assembly in Strasbourg (Slovenia 2008, Latvia 2009, Serbia 2010). He was involved in several election law cases before the highest national courts and the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. He contributed to the Encyclopedia of the Supreme Court, Encyclopedia of the First Amendment and to Encyclopedia of the U.S. Constitution.

Gorazd Andrejč for the international project led by University of Edinburgh, Religion, Reconciliation, and Trust-building in Bosnia-Herzegovina (2011-2015) has achieved notable impact regionally and internationally. The results and the analysis, which used unique methodology, have served as a basis for public consultations and focus groups across Bosnia-Herzegovina, with notable community leaders and representatives of different groups present. The findings were used by USAID, UN Alliance of Civilizations, Swedish UNESCO Council, and other organizations for their work, or a document guiding their allocation of funds for NGO work in Bosnia-Herzegovina. The results of the project have also been reported and discussed in Bosnian and international media (major newspapers, TV, radio, online portals) and featured in a documentary on reconciliation in Bosnia (Peace Divided, 2014). Dr. Andrejč presented the results and their significance to different audiences (beyond academia) in Beirut, Sarajevo, Doha, Cambridge, Ljubljana and Edinburgh.
