The results are wrapped-up into the following chapters: 1. Introduction; 2. The starting points for the design of maritime spatial planning, which firstly defines the formal framework of maritime spatial planning, and secondly evaluates its conceptual framework; 3. The concept of maritime spatial planning, which represents the core of the study, since it justifies and proposes the structure and steps of the MSP process, defines the proceedings in accordance with the process, establishes the concept of the content and forms of the MSP and proposes MSP system for monitoring of the implementation of MSP plan; 4. The test, which represents the implementation of the proposed solutions presented in Chapter 3, and draws the attention to the advantages and disadvantages of the available databases on the test case, in particular from the point of view of the implementation of the content of the maritime spatial plan; and 5. Conclusion, in which key results are given, including methodological challenges and innovations that have been developed or introduced in the process of developing the content of the project.
