COBISS.SI-ID: 5913192Numerous varieties of apples and pears were presented, which were the leading varieties in our country in production 100 and more years ago. Even today, there is nostalgia and interest in these varieties. Despite the spread of new varieties into production and supply, old apple varieties such as e.g. carjevič, kosmač and various rennets still have their place in our apple market. In the case of pears, the assortment was once focused mainly on varieties that were intended for processing into must, such varieties are called mustards. Among them, tepka, one of our indigenous varieties of pears, had a special place.
