A prototype of the algorithm for autonomous vehicle driving has been developed. The algorithm is fast, which enables vehicle control in real time. In addition, it takes into account additional constraints, objectives and control actions in comparison to the existing algorithm. Moreover, the prototype also includes drivers' behavior models, which enables to obtain drivings similar to human drivings. An important achievement of the prototype development within this project is the connection with the industry through the involvement of experts from the co-funding organization in the prototype design and the transfer and future use of prototype in practice.
F.08 Development and manufacture of a prototype
The environment for data processing, statistics calculation and model building was designed and set up in collaboration with the co-funding organization. In addition, prototypes of several methods for data verification, correction and processing were developed. The environment for data processing is already actively used in practice by the co-funding organization.
