The headings of the main chapters of the monograph are as follows: 1. INTRODUCTION; 2. PROBLEMS OF AGEING EUROPE AND ELDERCARE; 3. MEASUREMENT OF THE DEPENDENCE OF OLD PEOPLE ON THE HELP OF OTHERS; 4. SEARCHING SPATIAL SOLUTIONS FOR A QUALITATIVE AGE; 5. INTEGRATION OF THE MULTIPLE DECREMENTS FUNCTION WITH THE CHANGE OF SPATIAL NEEDS OF AGE GROUPS; 6. ASSESSMENT OF THE IMPACT OF THE LIFE STYLE ON AMENDMENTS TO THE NET PRESENT VALUE OF THE COSTS OF LONG-TERM CARE; 7. FINANCING LONG-TERM SUPPLY IN THE HOME BASED ON THE REVERSE MORTGAGE PRODUCTS; 8. CONCLUSION. The printing of the monograph, which is the result of a two-year study of the current long-term care in the Slovenian regions in rural and urban areas, and based on the study of needs and possibilities for better future planning and implementation of long-term care at home and in the institutional environment, was financed by the ARRS within the Public Call to co-finance the issuance of scientific monographs in 2017.

The article gives an approach to optimizing the supply systems with perishable foods or medicines related to the domotics (smart refrigerator) and are important for the provision of fresh medicines and food for those in the LTC systems. Therefore, it is a model to support decision-making in providing a more efficient and cheaper supply of medicines, fruit and vegetables directly to the home. The model is based on controlling time delays based on MRP theory.

The ERS model was upgraded introduing also long-term care insurance It provides tables of states of functional capabilities for older inhabitants in care 2017 and projections. Projections are made on the basis of data from the Health Insurance Institute for the years 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 on the number of people in elderly people by age, sex and the category of nursing care, data obtained from the Community of Social Institutions regarding the number of beds and the number of active applications September 2017, and the report of the IRSSV - Institute of Social Security of the Republic of Slovenia on December 31,2016. We have been invited to publish the paper at the journal A': FACILITIES. Some results are also included in the book PLANNING THE HOME AND FACILITY-BASED CARE DYNAMICS USING THE MULTIPLE DECREMENT APPROACH which is in final editing procedure [COBISS.SI-ID 292833280].
