Abstract
The hypothesis is that with selective stimulation of superficial regions of nerves innervating the pancreas it is possible to increase secretion of the hormones glucagon and insulin in different mutual ratios into the blood. Furthermore, with selective stimulation of the superficial regions of nerves of a dog pancreas it is possible to increase secretion of insulin in a diabetic dog and it is possible to record information from the different superficial regions of nerves innervating the pancreas.
