Abstract
We shall continue to analyse the chiral lagrangian perturbation theory in the low energy region č 1 GeV. Special attention will be concentrated on rare kaon decays. The CP violation in these decays will be investigated as well as the mass difference between the long lived and short lived neutral kaons. We intend to analyse the semileptonic and weak radiative decays of heavy mesons using the heavy quark effective theory and the chiral perturbation theory.
