Abstract
The intra-osseous fluid is a part of the hydrodynamic system which acts in the spongy bone or in the joint. The mater is the clarification of the transmission of force in the joint or spongy bone, which has been until now useless. The consequences have been errors in cure of arthrosis and implantation of artificial joints. To this problematic we will add the following investigations: -Physical and chemical properties of the intra-osseous and greasy substance in cisterns of the spongy bone; -analysis of the elasticity module of the spongy bone; -analysis strain forces in the spongy bone; -analysis of the elasticity module of tensules (membranes in the spongy bone); -effort to define the model of the femur head. The proposed research program will enable the explanation of the dissipation of force in the femur head, which are falling into the joint and spongy bone.
