Abstract
The influence of plasma parameters on selectivity and rate of etching of composite materials will be studied. Plasma reactors for sample treatment will be developed and constructed. The degree of ionization of oxygen plasma as well as the degree of dissociation and concentration of neutral oxygen atoms in the ground state will be changing systematically in the reactors. The samples will be both the commercial wood paints of producers worldwide and test paints developed by collaborators of Belinka company. A commercial system for selective plasma etching of the test samples will be developed and constructed for the needs of the industrial partner.
