Abstract
After the development of the 3D model of power Doppler signal analysis, quantitative evaluation of periffolicular vascularization will be performed. Follicular perfusion will be assessed by gas analysis and analysis of endothelial factors in follicular fluid. Granulosa cells will be investigated for the presence of apoptosis. Immature oocytes will be maturated under in vitro conditions. Their capacity for normal development will be evaluated.
