Abstract
The Human Rights as defined in the UN Declaration from 1948 were created in the world of the European civilization. This world has been marked by Judaism and Christianity, so that they are the background of Human Rights. Other civilizations (especially asian, which is marked by islam, hinduism, bhudism, confucionism etc.) criticize the present formulation of Human Rights that it is euro or christian centered. Therefore these people ask the human Rights have to be reformulated according to their own religions and values. It is difficult today in the times of globalization to ignore those claims and not to try to understand them seeing their possible contribution to the new formulation of Human Rights.
