Abstract
The aim of the project is upgrading a length measurement system for measurement and calibration of thread gauges. This upgrade is necessary because the calibration requirements can not be fulfilled by standard types of length measuring systems. We will also develop procedures ofering the lowest possible uncertainty of calibration.
