Abstract
In the project we are investigating basic problems, that influence significantly the actual carrying capacity, service life and rotational resistance of rotational connections and their operating characteristics:
? The influence of the structure stiffness on the distribution of the load along the bearing perimeter. We are looking for the actual loads distribution on rolling elements, on bolts of the prestressed screw connection and on gear pairs.
? The influence of the structure stiffness and geometric pecularities of large sized bearing on the rotational resistance and race life time.
? Influence of the geometry, material properties of bodies in the contact and influence of technology (machining and heat treatment) on the actual carrying capacity
