Abstract
Project analyse vowel frequencies system of oral speech Slowene minority, group of children with articulation difficulties and group of children with hearing difficulties, what represent dysfunction in to language system. Beside recognition of waveform and vowel frequencies formants hunt to integration with frequencies characteristics of hearing, topography of articulation of speech, in the axis ahead - behind, above - below. The result will be helpful by objective valuation of speech advancement by speech therapy, specify by cochlear implantation for infants and children.
