Vacuum system for calibration and metrology research in UHV and XHV range

Purpose of equipment
Equipment is used for calibration of vacuum gauges by means of the reference gauge comparison method in the pressure range from 1E-10 mbar to 1E-3 mbar, and as a primary standard based in the static expansion method in pressure range from 1E-7 mbar to 1 mbar. Calibration are performed for both users in industry to assure the measurement tracebility and research of metrological properties of selected vacuum gauges.
